One day, I was leafing through some medical journals when an interesting study caught my eye. (I study medical journals like a hawk so I can learn about the latest fat burning and weight loss test results).

Recently, a Japanese scientist performed a closely monitored study to discover the fastest way to burn fat and get in peak physical condition.
